Job summary

Apptronik in Austin is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead the team responsible for PLM, MES, and Quality systems across design to shop floor. You will own strategy, roadmap, and vendor relationships, aligning engineering and manufacturing needs with scalable, auditable processes.

You will hire and develop a team of systems analysts and engineers, collaborating with mechanical/electrical engineering and production on requirements, configurations, and integrations to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise systems in hardware/manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience delivering PLM, MES, QMS, and ERP solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmaps for PLM, MES, QMS, and ERP integrations.
• Lead a team of analysts and engineers across engineering and manufacturing.
• Ensure data readiness from prototype to production builds and NPI releases.
