Apptronik is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst - ERP to own configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of our ERP systems across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and order management. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate needs into scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP configuration, administration, or implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of core ERP modules: finance, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, order management.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate into ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP configuration and optimization across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing modules.
• Lead requirements elicitation with stakeholders and translate into configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Design scalable business processes aligned with internal controls and audit readiness.
• Manage ERP integrations with CRM, MES, HRIS, data warehouse, and SaaS tools.
