Nicolet National Bank is seeking an Enterprise Application Delivery & Support Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our enterprise applications, including delivery, support, modernization, and retirement. You will partner with business and technical teams to establish roadmaps, priorities, and investments, while guiding governance, performance, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, MIS or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive technology leadership in enterprise applications.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including delivery, support, modernization, and retirement.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to establish roadmaps, delivery priorities, and investments.
- Lead delivery planning, backlog management, release coordination, and major technology initiatives.
- Drive governance, operational excellence, and service performance across the portfolio.
