Job summary

NiCE, a leading Actimize professional services provider in Hoboken, NJ, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations from sales handover through Go-Live and transition to Managed Services.

You'll own delivery governance, scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and client communications, coordinating across BA, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing teams to deliver projects on time and within contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise software / SaaS project management.
• Proven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and governance.
• Experience managing multiple, complex, multi‑stream, client‑facing programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with change control and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan across lifecycle phases.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
• Establish and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Define and manage the communication plan including weekly status updates.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution across BA, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing teams.
• Track progress against milestones and manage slippage.
• Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies across PS, DevOps, AppOps, Product, Client.
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Manage scope changes through Change Request / Change Order processes.
• Own project financials: forecasting, burn tracking, margin awareness, invoicing alignment.
• Escalate risks early and transparently.
• Coordinate Go‑Live activities with Ops and Client teams.
• Track and manage UAT issues to closure.
