Nicolet National Bank is hiring a Private Client Specialist to deliver superior service to private clients and assist Private Client Advisors. You will handle daily maintenance of accounts, open new personal and business accounts, and coordinate with internal partners to support loan closings for long-standing relationships.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years in banking, finance or investment environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of making decisions with limited direction.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining an understanding of all Nicolet Bank services and products.
• Answer calls, texts and emails promptly and follow through on client requests.
• Develop meaningful relationships with private clients, prospects, and internal partners.
• Open and maintain personal and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, HSA, IRA).
• Coordinate with wires team for domestic/international wires and ensure accuracy and safety.
