Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a senior leader to manage teams designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate with data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and SMEs to drive design, development, testing, deployment, and support across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include budget/schedule oversight, risk management, vendor coordination, security alignment, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Applications Architecture, DevOps, and Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team consisting of Senior Application Development Engineers responsible for large-scale complex projects.
• Leads scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring commitments are met and progress is communicated.
• Makes decisions based on reported progress and outcomes.
• Establishes training and career development planning for developers.
• Oversees 3rd party development teams and holds vendors to standards.
