You will collaborate with data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and SMEs to deliver design, technical analysis, development, testing, implementation, and support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience including management.
• Experience with Application Development and Applications Architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development.
• Hands-on database experience and data governance; knowledge of graph model databases.
• Healthcare payer/provider operations or provider data management experience preferred.
• Collaboration and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversees a team of Senior Application Development Engineers on large-scale programs.
• Manages scope, schedule, and budget, monitoring progress and reporting.
• Makes data-driven decisions based on application progress.
• Establishes training and career development for developers.
• Oversees 3rd party development teams and ensures vendor performance.
• Defines risk management and mitigation processes.
• Communicates with Application and Infrastructure Management during service transitions.
• Partners with Security and SRE to ensure policy compliance.
• Leads design and development of proof-of-concept environments.
• Manages hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Sets operational objectives and delegates tasks to ensure stable operations.
• Develops staff capabilities and best practices in IT.
• Holds teams accountable to meet quality and timelines.
• Complies with policies and standards.
