The role focuses on improving performance across KPI and optimizing Samsung.com experiences and marketing tactics.

The ideal candidate will lead through influence in a matrixed, fast-paced setting, deliver strategic partnerships, and provide actionable insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales or sales operations experience.
• 5+ years of technology or telecommunications experience.
• 3+ years of business development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with, or for, a Fortune 1,000 organization.
• Experience with communicating business insights and requirements.
• History of leading and developing business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enhanced Partner Program (EPP) and drive end-to-end program execution.
• Curate experiences on Samsung.com and optimize customer journeys to boost engagement and revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
• Create executive-level presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations to close gaps and drive performance.
