The Samsung direct-to-consumer ecommerce team is looking for a Senior Manager for the Enhanced Partner Program (EPP). EPP provides exclusive programs and discounts to key audience segments such as Education, Military, Government, and Fortune-500 employees.
This role will specifically focus on driving improved performance (across multiple KPI) by curating experiences on Samsung.com, and optimizing the impact of customer journeys and marketing tactics.
The individual is expected to lead through influence, managing initiatives that require cross-functional partnership.
The role also includes creating insights/presentation for executive reviews. A successful candidate is highly analytical with critical thinking skills and business savvy. Adaptability is required, as this role will be working in a highly matrixed, fast pacing organization.
