Embark is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Senior Manager to lead the growth of a dedicated accounting practice serving diverse clients nationwide. You will oversee back-office functions, ensure top‑tier service levels, and drive accurate financial reporting across engagements. The role requires 8+ years in corporate accounting, strong U.S.

GAAP knowledge, and experience with multiple accounting systems. You’ll collaborate with teams to deliver high‑quality results while advancing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting environments, with a focus on E&P/upstream.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Operational accounting experience in revenue and AP/JIB.
• Financial reporting background preferred.
• Experience with multiple accounting systems (Quorum On Demand preferred).
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple projects & clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage Embark's outsourcing accounting practice across multiple clients and industries.
• Record and report transactions, including accounts payable and month/quarter/year-end close.
• Prepare financial and management reports; support client service and delivery across engagements.
