Job summary

Embark is seeking an Outsourcing Accounting Senior Manager to grow our back-office practice serving clients nationwide in the finance, accounting, HR, and technology sectors. You will lead a team delivering recording, reporting, month/quarter/year-end closes, and financial and management reporting with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 8+ years in corporate accounting, especially in oil & gas, with strong communication skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• 8+ years in corporate accounting with focus on E&P/upstream.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Operational accounting experience in revenue and AP/JIB.
• Experience with multiple oil & gas software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourcing accounting engagements for multiple clients.
• Oversee recording and reporting transactions, AP, and close processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality client service.
• Ensure compliance with Embark’s standards.
