Energy Solutions - USA seeks a Senior Manager to lead planning, administration, and performance of major Energy Efficiency programs in the Chicagoland area. You will set strategic direction, drive execution, and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure high-quality delivery and growth.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to forecast savings, manage contracts, and improve profitability within the solution area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy)
• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience leading and managing complex programs in energy efficiency or related regulated industry
• Five or more years of experience leading teams with delivery outcomes and stakeholder alignment
• Deep understanding of Demand Side Management energy-efficiency program design, delivery models, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in midstream program design and working with distributors, manufacturers, and retailers

Responsabilidades

• Establish and evolve implementation frameworks, procedures, and quality standards for scalable program success
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure coordinated execution
• Design and implement program-level operations strategies to improve efficiency and delivery
• Analyze performance trends, market conditions, and risks to guide strategic adjustments
• Develop and mentor staff and project managers through coaching and feedback
• Manage contracts, budgets, forecasts, and profitability for the defined region
