Job summary

EY's Supply Chain & Operations team in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements, advising senior client stakeholders and helping clients achieve measurable savings and resilient, sustainable outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating models, data and technology, lead multidisciplinary teams, support business development and drive EY’s procurement practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or a related field.
• Ten or more years of relevant procurement experience.
• Significant advisory or consulting experience for external clients.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream procurement transformation engagements.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with leading source-to-pay platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication, client relationship and people leadership skills.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals and pursuit presentations.
• Willingness to travel; able to work in person up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment through value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including organization, governance and data strategy.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement decisions.
• Lead multi-workstream programs, managing scope, staffing, economics, quality, risks and client experience.
• Advise senior stakeholders with practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Support opportunity development, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive high-performing teams.
