Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the United States to lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes. You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage engagement performance, support business development and contribute to EY’s procurement practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience advising external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformations.
• Familiarity with leading procurement platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication, client relationships and people leadership.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including organization, governance and data/tech.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps for source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement decisions.
• Lead multi-workstream programs with scope, budgets and risk management.
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate issues into practical recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support opportunity development, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify account growth.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
