Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team helps clients transform procurement into a strategic driver of enterprise value. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience with advisory/consulting exposure.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-workstream procurement transformation programs.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled procurement initiatives.
• Familiarity with major source-to-pay platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication and client leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including governance, data and technology.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps for source-to-pay platforms.
• Lead multi-workstream programs with focus on scope, staffing, economics and risk.
• Advise senior stakeholders with actionable business cases and roadmaps.
• Support business development, proposals and client negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and drive account growth.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
