Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team helps clients transform procurement into a strategic driver of enterprise value. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics, technology or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience advising external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning source-to-pay processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement transformations.
• Familiarity with leading procurement platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Strong executive communication and people leadership skills.
• Experience supporting business development and proposals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Ability to work in person at EY offices or client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, payment and supplier management.
• Design procurement operating models including organization, governance and data/tech.
• Develop procurement tech roadmaps across source-to-pay platforms.
• Apply analytics, automation and AI to procurement decisions.
• Lead multi-workstream programs, manage scope, staffing, economics, quality, risks and client experience.
• Advise senior stakeholders and translate issues into practical roadmaps and business cases.
• Support opportunity development, proposals and negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop inclusive, high-performing teams.
