Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain & Operations team helps clients transform procurement into a strategic driver of enterprise value. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex procurement transformation engagements, advise senior client stakeholders and help clients achieve measurable savings, resilience and sustainable business outcomes.

You will connect procurement strategy to execution across process, operating model, technology, data and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
• Ten+ years of procurement experience.
• Advisory/consulting experience with external clients.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream procurement transformations.
• Experience redesigning S2P processes and operating models.
• Experience leading technology-enabled procurement initiatives.
• Familiar with leading S2P platforms.
• Experience managing engagement scope, financials, quality and risk.
• Executive communication and client leadership skills.
• Experience supporting business development and proposals.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work in EY office or client site up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements from assessment to value realization.
• Assess and redesign procurement processes across categories.
• Design procurement operating models and governance.
• Develop procurement technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Apply analytics, automation and responsible AI to procurement.
• Lead multi-workstream programs and manage scope, staffing, risks.
• Advise stakeholders and translate issues into recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support opportunities, proposals and negotiations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
