Job summary

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to build and run the operational backbone for how MongoDB integrates its acquisitions. You will translate deal theses into durable business outcomes and lead integration planning from LOI through post-close in collaboration with the Chief of Staff to the CFO and Corporate Development.

This hands-on role requires leading cross-functional execution across Legal, HR, Finance, IT, GTM, Marketing, and Product & Technology, building the integration

Qualifications

• Hands-on role with ownership of deal integrations.
• Ability to translate diligence insights into integration plans.
• Ability to coordinate across Legal, HR, Finance, IT, GTM, Marketing, and Product & Technology.

Responsibilities

• Translate the deal thesis into integration goals, success criteria, and an operating model.
• Build and maintain the integration playbook with standard plans, checklists, templates, and KPI frameworks.
• Support governance with a master integration plan and defined DRIs by function.
• Lead day-to-day integration for assigned deals and manage cross-functional reviews and status updates.
• Own Day 1 and Day 100 readiness for transactions, prioritizing concurrent deals.
