Qualifications

- Proficiency in agile methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading global teams or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Responsibilities
- Lead technology portfolio strategy and successful delivery of products.
- Design scalable, secure architectures for automation and AI integrations.
- Oversee full product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
- Translate business goals into technology roadmaps and business cases.
- Develop and monitor performance KPIs; manage risks and governance.
- Mentor product managers and foster a culture of innovation.
