The Global technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) consists of four Domains i.e. Finance, People, Supply Chain and Corporate. The Domain Automation team serves as a horizontal to all these domains. As a part of the Domain Automation team within EPP, we are aligned with the vision and goal to always be a people-led, product-centric, forward-thinking and trusted technology partner. The Tech Excellence team within EPP works closely with the EPP product teams to centralize and standardize technology processes, tools and frameworks to ensure consistent technology experience and predictable delivery across our partners (business & technology).
As Senior Manager of Technical Product Management - Emerging Technology, you will be responsible for leading our technology portfolio strategy and ensure the successful delivery of our technology products, including platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere), and emerging AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of business goals and strategies, and the ability to interface effectively with business units, technology teams, other portfolio teams, and product leaders. The ideal candidate will develop and implement enabling technology strategies that maximize value for our business partners.
You will shape the future of automation by integrating AI, workflow orchestration, and agent-based solutions into a cohesive ecosystem that improves efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
This role isresponsible for overall technology portfolio strategy and the successful delivery of company technology products within their portfolio. Has a deep understanding of business goals/strategy and interfaces with the business, technology, other portfolio teams and product leaders to develop EPP portfolio strategies and approaches that maximize value for business partners.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is$141,955.00 -$177,444.00per year
