Job summary

McDermott International, Ltd seeks a Technology Manager for AI Infrastructure to lead strategy, architecture, deployment, governance, and operations of enterprise AI platforms. You will partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture to establish a secure, scalable AI ecosystem that supports current and future objectives.

This role blends technical leadership with operational excellence and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or technology operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and strategic technology initiatives.
• 3+ years hands-on experience supporting AI/ML/advanced analytics platforms.
• 10+ years with Azure Cloud and infrastructure management.
• Microsoft Azure certifications listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Design scalable AI platform architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices for AI infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to ensure compliance and alignment with standards.
• Lead implementation and operations of enterprise AI platforms including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, LLMs, and MLOps.
