Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 15+ years in data engineering or related tech disciplines.
• 8+ years leading large engineering organizations; executive-level stakeholder management.
• Proven enterprise data strategy experience for analytics, personalization, and AI.
• Expertise with CDP, Customer 360, data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL/ELT.
• Strong knowledge of governance, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), metadata, and data quality frameworks.
• Cloud-based data ecosystems (GCP/AWS) and modern platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data engineering strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Lead large, distributed teams of data engineers, architects, and managers.
• Design scalable data ecosystems for customer analytics, ML, and BI.
• Industrialize data pipelines and semantic data layers for self-service analytics.
• Drive data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance across domains.
• Partner with business units to accelerate value from customer data.
