Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of event management experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private clubs, boutique hotels, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated success managing both large-scale buyouts and intimate private dining experiences.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event and restaurant schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of event planning from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Prepare event timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and operational briefs.
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, Culinary, Beverage, FOH Operations, and outside vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Serve as the on-site producer for private events and buyouts, ensuring every detail lands and every guest experience feels intentional.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage incoming private event and private dining inquiries; oversee the private dining calendar end-to-end.
• Conduct site tours, prepare proposals and floor plans, and coordinate all event logistics.
• Serve as the primary contact for hosts throughout planning; support corporate gatherings and social events.
• Develop a calendar of signature experiences; identify trends and collaborators that match The June's identity.
• Source, schedule, and manage relationships with vendors; negotiate agreements and manage budgets.
• Track attendance, spend, and event performance metrics to guide future planning.
• Build relationships with hosts and regular guests to craft personalized experiences.
• Ensure event materials reflect The June's brand standards; support communications and RSVP management.
