Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Event & Experiences Manager to shape and support planning, execution, and operational excellence of the company’s owned event portfolio. You will partner with senior leadership to drive customer engagement and business outcomes while delivering high-touch experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in events/marketing operations, strong project management, and hands-on experience with major event platforms. Hybrid workplace in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years supporting owned events, event marketing, experiential programs, or event tech in B2B.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience with event technology platforms like Cvent, RainFocus, Bizzabo, ON24.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Dun & Bradstreet's owned event portfolio, including rounds and webinars.
• Operate end-to-end event logistics, registration, budgeting, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales Operations on leads and pipeline.
• Build registration workflows, journeys, dashboards, and post-event reporting frameworks.
• Develop repeatable processes and playbooks to improve efficiency and scale.
• Support webinars/virtual events: prep, rehearsals, engagement tools, post-event reporting.
