Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of event management experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private clubs, boutique hotels, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event and restaurant schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of event planning from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Prepare event timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and operational briefs.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Culinary, Beverage, FOH Operations, and outside vendors for flawless execution.
• Serve as on-site producer for private events and buyouts, ensuring meticulous execution and guest experience.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Handle incoming private event and private dining inquiries with prompt, polished responses.
• Oversee booking of private dining rooms and end-to-end event calendar management.
• Conduct site tours, prepare proposals and floor plans, and coordinate logistics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for hosts throughout the planning process.
