Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Program Management to lead the EDI team and own order-to-cash processes across Tradewind Services. The role will partner with Operations and brand leadership, manage chargebacks, and guide technology enhancements.

The senior manager will also drive the development of a formal Sales Operations function and coordinate with third-party EDI platforms.

• Relationship management and stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Brands, Distribution, Accounting, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the EDI team, setting individual and team performance goals, conducting regular one-on-ones, and leading formal mid-year and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee the team’s day-to-day execution of EDI processing, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant order flow across all accounts, and personally stepping in to process transactions or cover open volume during peak periods, absences, or escalations.
• Own the chargeback and non-compliance resolution process at a program level, tracking trends across the account portfolio and reporting findings and recommendations to the Director of Operations, Program Management.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex account or integration issues, and own relationships with third-party EDI platform providers.
• Partner with and provide oversight and support to the Inventory Optimization Manager on allocation decisions, helping align allocation priorities with order flow, fulfillment needs, and account-specific requirements.
