Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Program Management to lead the EDI team and own the order-to-cash function. You will surface technology needs, drive a formal Sales Operations construct, and collaborate with brand leadership while personally handling EDI processing during peak periods.

You will guide the team, manage chargebacks, and ensure compliant, timely order flow across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of experience in EDI, order-to-cash, or operations within wholesale/retail/consumer goods.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing or leading a team.
• Subject matter expert on order-to-cash processes with experience building/scaling operations.
• Deep knowledge of EDI transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 870, 846, 832, 997).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the EDI team with performance reviews.
• Oversee EDI processing and on-time order flow across accounts.
• Own chargeback and non-compliance resolution at program level.
• Serve as escalation point for complex account or integration issues.
• Partner with Inventory Optimization on allocation decisions.
• Standardize order-to-cash processes, reporting, and KPIs across lifecycle.
• Own OTIF reporting and identify fulfillment risks with planning and sales.
• Support ERP implementations and testing for EDI and order-to-cash.
• Build Sales Operations construct and align with brand leadership.
• Represent Operations in cross-functional forums with data-driven recommendations.
