Job summary

Chosen Foods seeks an EDI Business Operations Specialist to own and optimize the EDI ecosystem, ensuring stable SPS Commerce flows into Acumatica ERP and coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, and external trading partners.

You will onboard partners, manage partner profiles, monitor incidents, and drive continuous improvement of EDI processes, reporting exceptions weekly and maintaining compliance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or equivalent
• 3–5 years EDI operations in CPG/retail environment
• Experience with SPS Commerce platform and partner onboarding
• Understanding of EDI X12 transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810, 943/944, 997)
• Experience with cloud ERP; Acumatica is a differentiator
• Strong communication to non-EDI stakeholders
• MS 365 tools proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own daily health of all EDI transaction flows via SPS Commerce into Acumatica ERP
• Monitor, triage, and resolve transaction errors across 850, 855, 856, 810, 943/944, and 997
• Manage trading partner profiles and map versions within SPS Commerce
• Ensure no open EDI incidents ages beyond 48 hours with documented owner
• Perform reconciliation between EDI records and Acumatica data; route discrepancies to Finance or Supply Chain
• Coordinate onboarding and go-live for new trading partners with SPS Commerce
• Lead escalation with internal and external partners when issues are not self-resolving
• Maintain EDI partner compliance records and flag OTIF risk before chargebacks
• Produce weekly EDI exception reports for IT leadership and monthly chargeback exposure summaries
