Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to own end-to-end trading partner integrations and maintain a scalable EDI ecosystem. The role requires leading onboarding, mapping, testing, and deployment of EDI solutions that align with IT strategy and business objectives.

You will design and deploy EDI maps, APIs, and interfaces, ensure partner requirement compliance, and collaborate with ERP/WMS/CRM teams. A strong background in EDI standards and Boomi is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of EDI implementation, configuration and mapping experience.
• 2-5 years of Dell Boomi or equivalent middleware experience.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Warehouse Distribution workflows.
• Strong proficiency with EDI standards (X12 850/810/832/846/855/856, EDIFACT, XML/CSV).
• Experience defining and executing integration and user acceptance tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of trading partners (requirements gathering, mapping, testing, deployment).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and trading partner leads to ensure onboarding success.
• Design, build, test, deploy and manage EDI maps, partner setups, and documentation for EDI transactions, APIs, and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with partner requirements and SDLC best practices.
• Lead mapping solutions by gathering business requirements and proposing remedies.
• Collaborate with ERP/WMS/CRM/e-commerce teams on integration initiatives.
• Participate in IT change management, release coordination, and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and Boomi optimization.
