Sharp Electronics Corporation seeks a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to grow our direct-to-consumer business and marketplace presence. You will own the DTC P&L, optimize the online customer journey, and collaborate with Digital Marketing and Sales to translate insights into revenue growth.

You will drive site merchandising, platform enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives to boost conversion, AOV, and retention while ensuring brand-aligned content

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing DTC eCommerce and marketplace channels in consumer electronics or premium durable goods.
• Proven track record of P&L management and revenue growth through paid media, CRM, and site & channel optimization.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketplace management systems; data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, performance, and P&L for Sharp’s DTC eCommerce platform with profitable growth.
• Develop and execute sales, promotional, and merchandising strategies aligned with brand priorities.
• Translate traffic-driving campaigns into onsite engagement and sales conversion.
• Lead A/B testing, funnel optimization, and improvements to CVR, AOV, and repeat purchases.
• Manage presence on marketplaces (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart) with content optimization and pricing strategy.
• Oversee site merchandising, navigation, onsite search, and content hierarchy for better discovery and conversion.
• Lead analytics, forecasting, dashboards, and executive reporting with actionable recommendations.
