Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior Manager for eCommerce Sales & Marketing Operations to own affiliate programs, forecast performance, and support cross‑functional teams across Samsung Offer, TikTok Shop, and Loyalty channels.

You will drive budget planning, negotiate activations, analyze traffic and conversion trends, and prepare senior leadership updates with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
• 8+ years in a sales operations or marketing role; MBA preferred (5+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop affiliate marketing forecasts (sales, commissions, ROAS) and reconcile with actuals to manage the budget.
• Create annual and quarterly budget plans with affiliate marketing leads to align investments.
• Manage external affiliate marketing relationships and quarterly planning sessions.
• Negotiate marketing placements, analyze ROAS and sales lift to document lessons learned.
