Job summary

Samsung Electronics America seeks a Senior Manager of eCommerce Sales & Marketing Operations to own affiliate partnerships, support cross-functional teams across strategic channels, and drive performance through forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize the Samsung Offer Program and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in a sales operations or marketing role; MBA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau.
• Experience developing affiliate marketing performance forecasts and reconciling forecasts to actuals.
• Experience conducting SKU-level sales analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint to visualize data from databases and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Forecast affiliate marketing performance (sales, commission expenses, ROAS) and reconcile monthly forecasts with actuals to manage the budget.
• Develop annual and quarterly budget plans with affiliate marketing leads to align on priorities.
• Manage external affiliate marketing partnerships and quarterly planning sessions.
• Negotiate incremental marketing placements and analyze ROAS and lessons learned from experiments.
• Maintain the repository of program documents and engage with legal to ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, and funnel performance to identify trends.
