Key Responsibilities

1. Early Intervention Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on market analytics, lead commercial communication on pricing, assist in forecasting, and evaluate deal impacts on gross-to-net (GTN).
2. Field Contract Evaluation and Compliance: Evaluate the impact of contracts on ASP and GTN, ensure data accuracy, track progress, and lead communication on contract adjustments.
3. Market Access Assessment and Policy Insights: Gather payor insights, drive policy updates, and leverage dashboards for strategic evaluation.
4. Strategic Development and Market Access Messaging: Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies, gather VOC feedback, and engage with advocacy groups.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Business/Marketing/Finance preferred; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
• Experience in sales, marketing, market access, payer relations, or reimbursement is preferred.
• Willingness to travel (~30%) and reside within proximity to a DePuy Synthes office or reasonable transportation options.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $120,000 - $207,000. Performance bonuses, company car, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
