Job Responsibilities

1. Early Intervention Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on market analytics, lead communication on pricing, assist in forecasting, and evaluate deal impacts on gross-to-net (GTN).
2. Field Contract Evaluation and Compliance: Evaluate the impact of contracts on ASP and GTN, ensure data accuracy, monitor contract progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
3. Market Access Assessment and Policy Insights: Gather payor insights, communicate policy updates, and support strategic analysis using internal and external data.
4. Strategic Development and Market Access Messaging: Drive execution of strategies, gather VOC feedback, liaise with advocacy groups, and monitor the competitive environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Business/Marketing/Finance preferred. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with payor relations, market access, and reimbursement is preferred.
• Ability to travel (~30%) and reside near a DePuy Synthes office or within reasonable transportation distance.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $120,000 - $207,000. Performance bonuses, company car, health benefits, retirement plans, and time off are included.
