Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Early Intervention Market Access, Pricing, and ASP Execution to be remotely based in the United States.

Responsibilities include:

1. Early Intervention Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on market analytics, lead communication on pricing, assist in forecasting, and evaluate deal impacts on gross-to-net (GTN).
2. Field Contract Evaluation and Compliance: Evaluate market access deals, ensure data accuracy, monitor contract progress, and communicate adjustments.
3. Market Access Assessment and Policy Insights: Gather payor insights, lead policy updates, and support strategic analysis using data resources.
4. Strategic Development and Messaging: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive market access strategies, gather VOC feedback, and monitor the competitive environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Business/Marketing/Finance preferred; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, or finance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with payer, health systems, or reimbursement sectors is a plus.
• Ability to travel (~30%) and reside near a DePuy Synthes office or with good transportation options.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $120,000 - $207,000. Includes performance bonuses, a company car, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off. The position is full-time, with remote work considered case-by-case.
