We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Early Intervention Market Access, Pricing, and ASP Execution to be remotely based in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Early Intervention Pricing Strategy: Analytics, tracking, forecasting, communication; collaborate on market analytics; lead commercial communication; assist in forecasting; evaluate deal impacts.
• Field Contract Evaluation and Compliance: Collaborate on contract impact analysis; ensure data accuracy; track contract progress; conduct regular reviews; communicate contract adjustments.
• Market Access Assessment and Policy Insights: Gather payor insights; drive policy updates; leverage dashboards; support strategic analysis.
• Strategic Development and Market Access Messaging: Cross-functional collaboration; gather VOC feedback; engage with advocacy groups; monitor competitive environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Business/Marketing/Finance preferred; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in healthcare/medical device marketing, sales, finance, or related.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with payor or health systems, reimbursement, and sales/market access preferred.
• Leadership ability, data-driven decision making, and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel (~30%).

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000 - $207,000. Performance bonuses, company car, comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, and long-term incentives included.
