Job summary

NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Systems to shape the strategy and adoption of enterprise systems that support critical operations. You will lead Dynamics 365 and the KORE Intelligence Platform, driving integrations, governance, and data-driven decision-making across stakeholders to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar enterprise CRM in a process/operations role.
Hands-on administration experience with KORE Intelligence Platform or similar system.
Experience supporting enterprise system implementations with technical admins or partners.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience establishing governance, security, and data management best practices.
Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Administrator preferred.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI reporting and analytics preferred.
Experience in professional sports, sports organizations, or live events preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the business and operational strategy for Dynamics 365, partnering with the System Administrator.
Serve as dedicated admin for KORE Intelligence Platform, overseeing configuration and security roles.
Support implementation, launch, and long-term optimization of Dynamics 365 and KORE Intelligence.
Partner with Operations, Competition, Partnerships, and Commercial teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and KORE Intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and sync.
Lead data migration planning, imports, validation, and data governance initiatives.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support across both platforms.
Drive governance, security, compliance, and best practices for system administration.
