Job summary

Volvo Group North America, LLC in Greensboro, NC seeks a Senior Technology Consultant to help design and implement a new Common Case Management Platform. You will promote agile mindsets, gather data, and provide technical guidance across Dynamics 365 CRM, SQL databases, and Power Platform components.

You will contribute to architecture, strategies, and guidelines, track progress, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions for Volvo Group while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (online).
• Experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (online).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with C# and SQL-based data stores.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies and CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group.
• Promote an agile mindset and ways of working with internal and external teams.
• Gather, assimilate, and analyze data to surface and support solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis and create specification documents.
• Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guideline documents.
• Track development progress and project deliverables.
• Provide technical and design/implementation guidance for Dynamics 365 CRM, SQL, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
