Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and minimum 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years in STEM.
• Active and transferable Top Secret DoD security clearance required Day 1.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional leadership to teams of systems engineers across lifecycle phases.
• Own engineering execution for scope, schedule, and cost including EVM and risk management.
• Ensure disciplined use of development processes and adherence to industry standards.
• Lead, review, and guide bids, proposals, and capture activities with credible, executable content.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team and align skills to mission needs.
