Marqeta is seeking a Product Manager for the Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms to drive the strategy, development, and evolution of the systems powering financial operations at scale.

This role owns the core dashboard used by customers, bank partners, and internal teams to manage card programs, investigate transactions, disputes, and performance; you’ll partner with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, workflow-driven experiences, with AI-augmented automation and robust

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building tools for operations teams.
• Experience with operational dashboards and case management.
• Experience with disputes, fraud, or compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building enterprise software or operational platforms.
• Good at simplifying complex workflows into clear product solutions.
• Operate comfortably across technical, operational, and business stakeholders and in fast-moving regulated environments.
• Solid product judgment and can balance customer needs, compliance, and technical constraints.
• Thrive in cross-functional environments and take ownership of your scope and energized by improving how teams operate at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support the roadmap for the Marqeta Dashboard and enterprise operational platforms.
• Contribute to tools that streamline workflows across card and account management, transaction investigation, disputes and servicing, and operational controls.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that provide operational visibility.
• Design systems that support secure, compliant financial operations (identity, permissions, governance).
• Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, case management, support tooling, data platforms).
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, workflow-driven experiences.
• Translate operational pain points into scalable product solutions.
