Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to own the discovery experience across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. You will lead a team of PMs covering discovery, search and agentic shopping, search and browse foundations, digital optimization, and experimentation, balancing delightful UX with deep technical work.

This hybrid Seattle-based role requires in-office presence at Nordstrom corporate headquarters a minimum of 4 days per week to be considered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in search, recommendations, and/or conversational AI, including LLM-powered experiences
• Ability to assess ML/AI relevance: evaluate ranking, retrieval, and LLM output
• Experience with third-party technology providers to ship AI-powered experiences
• Fluency in A/B testing and experimentation
• Sufficient technical grounding to partner with Data Science and Engineering

Responsabilités

• Set the vision and roadmap: Define the multi-year strategy for discovery across homepage, PDP, search, and browse, for both Nordstrom and Rack
• Tell the story behind the roadmap: Make the case for where discovery is headed with partners and senior leaders
• Build the AI-native experience: Enable search summaries, product-page prompts, and virtual try-on
• Own personalization and relevance: Define what 'relevant' means using catalog and customer understanding
• Design for feeling, not just function: Collaborate with Creative, Design, and Research on end-to-end journeys
• Tell the brand story: Use editorial voice, content, and imagery to engage customers from homepage to product page
• Judge ML/AI quality: Coach the team on evaluation methods and readiness for customers
• Partner across the business: Work with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Stores
• Lead and grow the team: Coach PMs and raise the craft bar for new tools and ways of working
• Measure what matters: Define KPIs like conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction; iterate quickly
