Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI/ML-powered discovery experiences that influence how customers search, browse, and find products on Nordstrom. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to drive orchestration of AI-enabled experiences at scale.

You will own strategy, roadmaps, and experimentation to ensure impactful, measurable improvements. This is a hybrid Seattle-based role requiring in-office presence most of the week.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience with progression of scope and impact.
• Experience leading AI/ML products for consumer platforms (e-commerce a plus).
• Technical fluency: credible with engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for AI/ML-powered discovery experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to craft AI-enabled user experiences.
• Translate shopper insights into discovery features that serve customers and the business.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to inform investment decisions across the portfolio.
