Job summary

Astrana Health is expanding its corporate development team in a remote US-based role. You will own deal analytics from screening to board-ready valuation work, coordinating due diligence and post-close integration efforts to support the company’s national growth through acquisitions and partnerships.

The Senior Manager or Director title reflects experience, with exposure to executive leadership and strategic deal execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with valuations: DCF, comps and precedent transactions.
• Advanced Excel modeling: three-statement models, scenarios, clean structure.
• Healthcare sector interest or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own valuation analyses for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Create and maintain deal models including revenue and cost assumptions.
• Lead due diligence across multiple functions and synthesize Findings for go/no-go decisions.
• Prepare memos and board materials translating analysis into decisions.
• Support LOI/price mechanics and post-close integration planning.
• Maintain corporate development pipeline and CRM hygiene.
• Conduct market landscaping and competitive analyses for new geographies.
