Job summary

Think of Us in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Manager of Direct Services to lead Care Navigation, supervising Care Navigators and overseeing the integrated AI-assisted tools to provide kinship families, foster youth, and TAY with high-quality, relationship-centered support.

This role drives frontline program leadership, ensures trauma-informed supervision, and collaborates with engineering and UX to refine tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in child welfare, social services, or related direct service fields
• 2+ years of supervisory or program leadership experience
• Active commitment to Think of Us’s mission and trauma-informed care

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Care Navigators, promoting accountability and growth
• Oversee day-to-day Care Navigation operations with fidelity to TOU’s values
• Manage the chat bot integration to extend support while ensuring safety and quality
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance, engagement, and outcomes
• Coordinate with UX/engineering for tool refinement and practice integration
• Ensure data privacy and ethical handling of information
