MANSCAPED, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on, full‑stack Manager, Digital Technology Development to lead a diverse team building and running the direct‑to‑consumer platform: Shopify Plus storefront, headless web experience, Node.js middleware, and cloud infrastructure.

The role blends coding with backlog ownership, vendor relations, budget oversight, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, DTC, Marketing, and Cybersecurity in a remote‑first, globally distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a full‑stack engineer building and operating customer‑facing e‑commerce or web platforms in a large cross functional organization.
• Backend: Node.js/TypeScript services and APIs, relational databases; event‑driven integrations.
• Frontend: React with Next.js or a modern framework; performance and SEO for a storefront.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize quarterly, bi‑annual and year‑end goals and key initiatives.
• Lead team of developers (Onshore/Offshore) to ensure backlog is managed effectively.
• Own code quality and define review standards for testing, CI/CD, and secure coding.
