Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking a Project Manager, Creative Operations & Content Operations to drive intake, prioritization, and execution of creative production across digital design, content, video, and campaigns from intake to final delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels at building scalable processes that improve team efficiency and output quality.

This role partners with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, and PMO teams in a remote-first

Qualifications

4+ years in project management, creative operations, or related fields.
Experience supporting creative production, digital marketing, or campaign workflows.
Familiarity with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of creative requests across teams.
Ensure deliverables are on time and aligned with business priorities.
Maintain and improve PM workflows, intake systems, and templates in Asana.
Coordinate timeline management, status tracking, and cross-functional communication.
Oversee production of digital, web, retail, video, and asset delivery.
