Job summary

Manscaped, Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to lead onshore and offshore development teams while staying hands-on.

You will drive backlog planning, define coding standards, and monitor key production KPIs for a customer-facing e-commerce platform. You will bring strong Node.js/TypeScript backend expertise, modern React/Next.js frontend experience, and experience operating in cloud environments (GCP/Azure) with IaC and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a full-stack engineer on customer-facing e-commerce or web platforms.
• 2+ years leading developers while staying hands-on.
• Strong backend with Node.js/TypeScript, SQL, event-driven integrations, and modern React/Next.js frontend experience.
• Experience running production workloads on GCP or Azure, with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and Shopify Plus APIs.

Responsibilities
