Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation to lead strategic digital initiatives that improve how Supply Chain operates, makes decisions, and delivers business outcomes.

The role partners with Supply Chain leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, connecting strategy, process, data, and execution to drive adoption and sustainable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience across supply chain, digital transformation, or related fields with leadership of cross-functional programs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and how to link operational challenges with digital solutions.
Experience leading transformations involving enterprise systems, data/analytics, automation, process redesign, or digital products.
Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels, from roadmap to removing roadblocks.
Strong business acumen with ability to develop business cases, prioritize investments, and quantify outcomes.
Experience partnering with IT and technical teams to translate requirements into deployable solutions.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially in matrixed environments.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex topics.
Bias for action, ownership, and measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the Supply Chain digital transformation roadmap, aligning priorities with business strategy and operational needs.
Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives from problem definition through solution design, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
Partner with IT and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutions.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
Drive transformation across planning, sourcing/procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.
Establish clear business outcomes, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and governance for the digital portfolio.
Improve visibility and decision-making through data, analytics, dashboards, and exception-based management.
Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, analytics, automation, and digital workflow capabilities, for practical applications.
Lead cross-functional workshops to define pain points, requirements, future-state processes, and priorities.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure scalable, integrated solutions.
Drive organizational readiness, process adoption, and change management to ensure capabilities translate into results.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and barriers, and drive resolution.
Develop executive communications, transformation plans, and progress reporting.
Build relationships across Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering.
Provide leadership and coaching to team members and project leads.
