Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Logistics Procurement leader to drive end-to-end transportation spend for inbound and outbound shipments. You will shape sourcing strategies across air, ocean, trucking, parcel, and final mile, while building strong carrier relationships.

You will negotiate complex contracts, implement TCO models, and partner with finance, supply chain, and sales teams to optimize costs and delivery performance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Logistics Procurement.
• Experience in automotive logistics sourcing is preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills for freight agreements.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end logistics spend management for inbound and outbound transportation.
• Develop transportation sourcing strategies across all freight modes.
• Negotiate NDAs and Master Service Agreements.
• Create total cost of ownership models and supplier management practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cost projections.
