Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT initiatives within our Factory Systems portfolio. This role will drive strategic programs that support manufacturing excellence, logistics optimization, and digital transformation across our global operations.

IT PM will be responsible for managing complex technical IT projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain IT.
• Strong understanding of factory systems architecture, including MES, SAP, PLM and integration platforms.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for factory systems initiatives including SAP S4/HANA enhancements, SAP/PLM/MES integrations, and infrastructure modernization.
• Lead cross functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of all technical aspects of software focused projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Assist teams on mapping technical and architectural dependencies, especially related to integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure services.
